The store-owner, Mr. Zeng, represented that he insisted to choose the first-class ingredients. Even some of materials such as vanilla and vegetables were grown by him. So, the food is natural and healthy with no monosodium glutamate or chemical substances. This restaurant is also friendly to the environment. Mr. Zeng has kept dealing with waste and classifying the garbage. Also, other environment-friendly equipments are used at the restaurant. Mr. Zeng recommended the special dish: Lobster & Steak. Both the steamed and baked lobster taste sweet and fresh; the steak baked artisanally is juicy and tasty. If you want to enjoy the five-star hotel dishes at the reasonable price in Tainan, you will definitely dine at the Corner Restaurant. 美味餐點龍蝦牛排 精緻美食在轉角等你 【大台灣旅遊網TTNews記者范銘偉／台南市報導】 在台南成大商圈中，大學路18巷及22巷分別聚集了各式異國料理及簡餐店，是來到成大必逛的美食版圖。而來到大學路22巷，有著一間名為轉角餐廳的歐式風格建築物矗立著，在平價餐廳林立的學生商圈中特別醒目。 轉角餐廳的創店主廚曾先生表示，轉角餐廳於1995年成立，當初選在台南開店，正是看上府城古色古香的人文氣息，曾在台北環貿聯誼社有多年資歷的曾先生，在工作多年後，決定將專業的餐飲經驗帶到台南，完成他開店的夢想。 轉角餐廳本身的空間設計就非常具有特色，餐廳內部寬敞挑高的空間，大片落地窗加上開放式廚房，都是台南餐廳中少見的設計，令人彷如置身於五星級飯店中，也使得轉角餐廳成為醫生或大學教授最愛的用餐地點之一。 除了舒適寬敞的用餐環境，店裡的食材特別注重「健康、環保」。曾先生表示，健康指的是食材的鮮度，包含堅持採用進口的上等新鮮食材，另外餐點中所使用的香草及蔬果部份則是由店裡自行摘種，保證新鮮無污染，也絕不使用味素、人工色素等化學物質，讓消費者吃到食物本身自然的美味。 在環保方面，指的則是對廢棄物的處理以及垃圾的分類，並且在廚房部份選用美國西北大學認證的GAYLORD環保油煙淨化系統、排水截油槽系統等環保化設備，也讓轉角餐廳對環保的堅持，成為許多業界學習的對象。 曾先生特別推薦店裡最招牌的「海陸套餐－龍蝦牛排」，來自波士頓的原味龍蝦，烹調方式可選擇清蒸或焗烤，享受波士頓龍蝦的甜美鮮度；牛排部份則是以傳統美式高溫火山石，經過純手工碳烤製作而成，將牛排肉汁完全地鎖住在裡面，充分展現出美國牛排最原汁原味的口感。 來到轉角，您必會遇見美食；而來到台南府城，您將捨不得錯過集「優雅、自然、健康、美食」於一身的轉角餐廳。讓您用最合理的價格，品嚐到五星級飯店水準的美味食材。 |
